How long does it take to build a website?
Most projects take 3 to 16 weeks depending on the size and complexity of your site, and how quickly we receive your content and feedback. Starter sites typically take 3–6 weeks, while enterprise or bespoke builds can take 12–16 weeks.
What platform will my website be built on?
We primarily use WordPress for its flexibility, scalability, and user-friendliness. However, we also offer Squarespace, Wix, and Shopify builds for simpler websites or when requested. In addition for enterprise type sites (BeSpoke), if appropriate, Drupal.
Will I be able to edit my own website?
Yes! All websites come with CMS (Content Management System) integration, and we provide training so you can make updates confidently.
Can you redesign my existing website?
Absolutely. We can assess your current site, preserve what’s working, and rebuild or refresh it to align with your goals and modern standards.
Do you offer e-commerce websites?
Yes. Our Business Growth, Enterprise, and Bespoke packages include full e-commerce capabilities—product pages, carts, payment gateways, inventory tools, and more.
Digital Marketing, CRM & Email
Do you provide digital marketing services?
Yes! We offer SEO strategies, social media campaign support, content planning, and email marketing setup through platforms like Mailchimp, Constant Contact, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
What CRM systems can you integrate?
We support integration with popular platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, and Constant Contact. If you’re using a different CRM, we’ll assess compatibility during your strategy call.
Can you help with SEO?
Definitely. Every site we build includes foundational on-page SEO. We also offer advanced strategies like keyword research, technical audits, and ongoing content optimization as add-ons.
Do you run social media campaigns?
While we don’t manage full-time social media accounts, we do create campaign strategies, set up automation, and connect your site to platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn for lead capture and promotions.
Hosting & Support
Do I have to host my website with you?
No—but we recommend it for best performance, faster updates, and hands-on technical support. We offer secure managed hosting with SSL included.
What’s included in your monthly support plans?
Support plans include software updates, backups, security scans, content edits, priority support, and performance monitoring. Higher-tier plans include strategy calls and SEO reports.
Can I update my website without a support plan?
You can, especially if you’re tech-savvy. However, without ongoing updates and backups, your site could become vulnerable to bugs or security risks. Our plans are designed to keep your site healthy with zero stress on your end.
What happens if I go over my monthly support hours?
We’ll always notify you first. You can purchase additional hours at our standard rate of $125/hour, or consider upgrading your support plan.
Do your support plans include content updates?
Yes. Every plan includes a set number of support hours each month, which you can use for content edits, blog updates, image swaps, and more.
What if I don’t update my site?
Outdated plugins are the top cause of hacks. Our updates protect you.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes—monthly billing, cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice.
Business Setup & Structure
Do you offer business setup services?
Yes—we can help you obtain your EIN and file to become an LLC or Corporation. It’s a great option if you’re transitioning from a sole proprietorship and want to protect your business legally.
Will you walk me through the LLC or EIN process?
Absolutely. We guide you through every step of the process, help complete forms, and ensure your digital presence aligns with your new business structure.
Can I get a website and file for an LLC at the same time?
Yes! Many of our clients choose to launch their brand and their business legally at the same time. We’ll coordinate everything to make sure you’re ready to go live—legally and digitally.
Payments, Timelines & Process
What’s the payment structure for website packages?
We typically require a 50% deposit to begin work, with the remaining balance due upon completion (or split into project milestones for larger packages). Monthly support plans are billed monthly.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! If you purchase a website build together with a monthly hosting plan, we can set up a flexible payment schedule. We require a 25% down payment of the total website cost, and the remaining balance can be spread across 6, 9, 12, or 18 months. Each plan is customized to your needs, and hosting is bundled into your monthly payments for simplicity. This makes it easier to launch without a heavy upfront cost while ensuring your site and hosting are professionally managed.
What if I need something not listed in your packages?
